Receiving Shipment and Initial Inspection
We do not cover cracks or damage of any sort after your initial inspection. Upon receiving check for creasing damage to outside of box or rattling of contents. Call me if rattling 703-408-4920. Open box and immediately check unit corners by gently prying them with your fingers back and forth. Then remove unit from box to check corners again and also checking for UPS shipping crack damage, UPS throws their boxes. Any problems call me or email me. Keep all packing materials in case of return. I ship these units in perfect condition so damage is either done by UPS or poor handling. Claims must be made upon receiving these units. The corners of these quality niches are very delicate and will break easily if banged into anything. We do not cover any broken corners or cracks unless claimed upon initial removal from shipping box, so check throughly. We must have multiple pictures of the shipping box to facilitate a replacement if broken during shipping.

Box drops or damage after UPS delivery is customers responsibility.
We only cover damage during initial inspection which is going to be UPS damage if any.
There is a 20% restocking charge for returns OK'ed by me(RMA) and must be received by me within 30 days of purchase date. Discounts for combo packages may be also lost if returning one item. You must include your Paypal receipt with return. Return shipping charges must be paid by you. There are no refunds for refused shipments. Pack well using original packing as claims for damage on the way back to me are UPS's and your responsibility. Keep all packaging materials in case of damage or return. Boxes usually don’t hold up well being shipped twice, so you may want to rebox or add extra packing materials.

Damaged when received
Open immediately, damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Keep all packaging materials in case of damage or return.
Do not refuse delivery even though the driver may advise you to, UPS will then deny my claim. Accept the broken unit, email me pictures of the exterior and interior damage and I will ship another to you the next day. Keep the broken unit as UPS may want to pick it up for inspection. UPS throws packages and my damage rate is only about 1%.
Damage is usually a corner drop with slight creasing on the corner of the box. When taking damage pictures press this area in to enable UPS to see where the drop was.
Watch for UPS Quatum notices or Paypal service notices emailed to your Paypal email address (check junk mail). If we do not get a "bounce back" then the email went through. Shipping is UPS business days, weather dependant.
In order for us to cover breakage, we must have a full inspection of the items at the initial ship to location, so we can file a claim with ups. We do not cover unit for breakage after initial inspection which is performed at initial delivery point upon receiving.
